There are plenty of EQ controls to choose from and several playback options like shuffle, repeat, or even categories to dump music into such as Rawk Workout, The Chill List, etc. You’ll get the most out of the e280R if you invest in your own earphones, however. The four surrounding buttons are a bit difficult to get to and hard to press, requiring a firm push.Īudio playback is pretty strong, even the included earphones do it some justice. Four buttons surround this wheel, and one comfy soft button is at the center of the wheel. This gets you up and down, and also serves as the volume knob when music or videos are played. You can navigate with a wheel at the center (which lights to blue when used) of the player controls. The UI is colorful and easy to maneuver through. The e280R sports a 1.8-inch TFT color screen, which, when tilted to the side, provides for a landscape view. It’s a bit bulkier than the Nano and feels heavy for its size, yet sturdy in your hand. The e280R is sleek, stylish, and built like a brick.
